NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 842, AN ORDINANCE

ESTABLISHING ZONING

REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF MILBANK, SOUTH DAKOTA

The Milbank Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 5, 2023, at 6 p.m. at the City of Milbank City Office, 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252. Any interested person may attend and comment on proposed Ordinance 848 An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 842, An Ordinance Establishing Zoning Regulations for the City of Milbank, as amended. All persons interested in this matter may attend and be heard before the Planning Commission during said hearing. The Planning Commission may recommend denial or approval of Ordinance 848, with or without amendment. Further, the City Council will have the first reading of Ordinance 848 on June 12, 2023. The proposed zoning ordinance will be made available for public inspection. The proposed zoning ordinance is available for public inspection at the City of Milbank City Office (Planning and Zoning Department) during regular business hours. (Pursuant to SDCL Section 11-4 and 11-6 and amendments thereto.)
