Board Proceedings

 

The Town Board of Stockholm held their regular monthly meeting on Monday, August 7, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. with Board members Lorraine Collins, Mark Anderson and Tim Nowick present. The minutes from the last meeting were read with a motion by Nowick seconded by Anderson to accept the minutes as read. Motion by Nowick seconded by Anderson to pay the following bills,

General Account: Dependable Sanitation, $46.89; Grant County Review, $12.32; ITC, $38.77; Whetstone Electric, $13.55; JB Lawncare, $937.80; Sioux Valley Coop, $1,749.00; Jodi Nowick, $230.87; Jodi Nowick, $41.13 for new swing, Ottertail, $549.85; Bertha Anderson, $200 for clean up of main street, Mark Anderson, $108.25 supplies from Menards, Zach Anderson. $240 for main street cleaning, Post office, $66 for stamps.

Sewer Account: Ottertail,  $59.47. 

  A motion was made by Anderson seconded by Nowick to have Berkners bring pea rock to put around new playground equipment and to have edging put around the rock. 

  The next meeting will be Monday, September 4, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. With nothing further a motion to adjourn was made by Nowick seconded by Anderson.
