NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE DRAINAGE BOARD ON A

PROPOSED DRAINAGE PERMIT

 

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse Community Room (basement) to consider the following Drainage Permits. The requests, if granted, would control erosion.

  Permit DR2023-61 for Bert Loehrer, 48304 152nd Street, Milbank, SD, 57252, for property owned by Bert J Loehrer Revocable Living Trust (same) and located within GOVT LOTS 1 & 2 & S1/2NE1/4 of Section 3, Township 119, Range 48 west of the fifth Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Vernon West Township).

  Three (3) for adjoining land for Blake Sime, 16315 484th Ave, Revillo, SD, 57259:

  DR2023-62 for property owned by Kevin Schnaser, 16380 483rd Ave., Revillo, SD, 57259 and located the SW1/4 of Section 24, Township 118, Range 48, west of the fifth Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Adams West Township).

  DR2023-63 for property owned by Brian and Debra Sime, 16228 482nd Ave., Revillo, SD, 57259, and located within the SE1/4 of Section 24, Township 118, Range 48, west of the fifth Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Adams West Township).

  DR2023-64 for property owned by Delores Street, 208 Aspen Drive, Milbank, SD, 57252, and located the N1/2 of Section 19, Township 118, Range 47, west of the fifth Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. (Adams East Township).

  All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Drainage Board at said hearing or may file written comments with the Planning & Zoning Officer, Acting as Drainage Administrator, 210 E 5th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 prior to said hearing.
