NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE

Notice is hereby given that a PublicHearing will be held on October 2, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., in the City Offices, 1001 E. 4th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance requested by Michael Mach.

The request, if granted, would permit two accessory structures to be placed with less than the required yard setbacks. Chapter 17.24. The property is identified as 515 W. 4th Avenue, S 300’ of Lot 105 (AKA OUTLOTS), City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned B3, Highway Business District.

To address the Board of Adjustment, any property owner or their designee in the City of Milbank may notify and provide feedback and any materials to the Zoning Officer by noon on the Friday before the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment, this allows adequate follow-up time to address received feedback.
