NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TRANSFER OF RETAIL

(ON-OFF SALE) MALT BEVERAGE

& SD FARM WINE LICENSE

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, will meet on Monday October 9, 2023, in the Milbank Visitor Center located at 1001 East Fourth Avenue at 7:00 p.m. and will consider the following transfer application:

Retail (on-off sale) – Malt Beverage & SD Farm Wine,

To: Berens Market LLC, 1612 Morningside Dr, Lots 5 & 6, Block 1, Berens Commercial Addition, City of Milbank, SD.

From: Berens Market LLC, 1506 Morningside Dr, Lot 1, except Lot 101, Lot 2, Block 3, Berens Commercial Addition, City of Milbank, SD

Said application is located within the City of Milbank for the period beginning: November 30, 2023, thru June 30, 2024.

Notice is further given that any person, persons or their attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing who is interested in the approval or rejection of said transfer application.
