Notice is hereby given that a mining operation is to be conducted by:

Legal location of the mine:

Alban East Township, Section 20- 120N-047W

County: Grant

General location of the mine:

NW corner along 485th Avenue

The operations will begin by November 1, 2023, and will be completed to include final reclamation by November 1, 2026.

Proposed future use of the affected land will consist of regarding, replacing topsoil and reseeding to allow the area to be returned to farm ground.
