Council Proceedings

The LaBolt Town Council met October 2, 2023 at the LaBolt Hall. Present were Jon Wold, Kenneth Wold, John Wollenberg, Larry Erp, Tiffany Leonard and Barb Ellingson.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

The minutes from the last meeting were read and approved. Financial report was given and approved.

The following bills were approved for payment from the general fund; Ottertail Power Company (street lights) $244.41; Ottertail Power Company (fire hall) $61.40; Ottertail Power (sign) $7.14; Ottertail Power Company (Campsite) $83.00; Brookings Deuel Water $30.00; Northwestern Energy $10.00; Larry Erp $9.55; Tiffany Leonard $26.30; Barb Ellingson $92.68; Border Lake Insurance $100.00; Grant County Review $11.66.

We discussed the 2024 New Tax Call, credit card for town, staining park structures, and the County Commissioners are considering abandoning county roads in towns.

Next meeting will be Monday, November, 6, 2023 at 7 p.m.
