NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, will meet on November 7, 2023 in the Commissioner’s meeting room (basement) at the Grant County Courthouse located at 210 E 5th Avenue at 9 a.m., and consider the following application for

1. The transfer of a retail (on-sale) Liquor License for the remainder of the license period of January 1, 2023 through Dec. 31, 2023

2. The transfer of a retail (on-off sale) Malt Beverage license for the remainder of the license period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024

FROM: Melissa O’Farrell to Michael Tunnissen and Cherry Brockway for the establishment of BITTERSWEET LODGE: Legal description of SW 1/4 Corner of SW 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 7, Township 120, Range 51, Lura Township, Grant County, South Dakota, located at 15196 455th Ave., Summit, SD 57266.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person, persons or their attorney may appear at said scheduled public hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of said applications.
