NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL ON ORDINANCE 851, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 842, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 682, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING

ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF MILBANK, SOUTH DAKOTA, AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION, ENFORCEMENT, AND AMENDMENT THEREOF, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE

PROVISIONS OF CHAPTERS 11-4 AND 11-6, 1967 SDCL, AND

AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH

The Milbank Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m and City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 8, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the City of Milbank City Office. Any interested person may attend and comment on proposed Ordinance 851, an Ordinance Amending Ordinance 842 An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 682, An Ordinance Establishing Zoning Regulations for the City of Milbank, as amended. All persons interested in this matter may attend and be heard before the Planning Commission and City Council during said hearing. The Planning Commission may recommend denial or approval of Ordinance 842, with or without amendment. Further, the City Council will have the first reading of proposed Ordinance 851. The proposed zoning amendment is available for public inspection at the City of Milbank City Office (Planning and Zoning Department) during regular business hours.
