BUDGET SUPPLEMENT HEARING

Grant County, South Dakota for the budget year beginning January 1, 2024, and ending December 31, 2024.

To adopt an increase in budget authority of $250,000 in #311 Highway for the purpose of establishing additional budget authority for gravel crushing. The source of cash being from General Fund 101.

To adopt an increase in budget authority of $50,000 in #523 Fire Protection for the purpose of establishing additional budget authority for establishing a line item for allocations. The source of cash being from General Fund 101.

NOTICE: The Grant County Board of Commissioners will meet in the Commission Chambers in the Courthouse Community Room in Milbank, South Dakota, on January 16, 2024, at 10:30 AM for the purpose of considering the above proposed Supplement Budget to the Original Budget and the various items therein.

At all meetings of the Board, all interested people may appear either in person or by representative and will be heard and will be given the opportunity for a full and complete discussion of all items set forth in such proposed budget. By the Board of Commissioners, ordered this 2nd day of January, 2024.
