APPLICATION FOR PACKAGE

OFF-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Board of County Commissioners in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, South Dakota, on the 16th day of January, 2024 at the hour of 11:00 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse Community Room where the Commissioner’s Meeting Room is located will meet in regular session to consider the following application for a Package (Off-Sale) Liquor license to operate outside of a municipality for the remaining 2024 licensing period, which has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners and filed in the County Commissioner’s Assistant Office.

Applicant is Cherry’s Bittersweet Lodge for the retail package off-sale liquor license located at 15196 455th Ave., Summit, SD 57266 with a legal of the S 200’ of Gov’t Lot 4 in the SW 1/4 in 7-120-51, Grant County, SD (1.04A).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any person, persons, or their Attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application.
