NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Verified Petition for Name Change of a Minor Child has been filed by Dayana Junieth Laguna Mendez the object and prayer of which is to change their minor child’s name from Sebastian Espinoza Mendez to Sebastian Espinoza Laguna. On the 26th day of March, 2024, at the hour of 11:30 a.m. said Verified Petition will be heard by this Court before the Honorable Dawn Elshere Presiding, at the Court Room in the Grant County Courthouse, City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, or as soon thereafter as is convenient for the court.

Any interested party may come and appear at that time and place and show reason, if any, why said name should not be changed as requested.
