ORDNANCE NO. 02-01-24

FLOOD DAMAGE

PREVENTION ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that Ordinance No. 02-01-24, The Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance was duly adopted by the Town Board of Revillo, South Dakota on the 12th day of February, 2024, and will become effective on the 12th day of March, 2024.

The following is a summary of the Zoning Ordinance:

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Ordinance 02-01-24 will be made available for public inspection at the office of the Revillo Town Finance Officer, 310 N. 2nd Avenue during regular business hours. This Ordinance shall become effective 20 days after the last publication of this Notice once a week for two successive weeks in the official newspaper thereby repealing all ordinance or parts thereof in conflict.
