“IT’S A TOUGH JOB, but someone’s got to do it,” commented one of the volunteers who got down to the serious business of judging the 25 pies entered in the pie contest that was part of the LaBolt community’s 125th anniversary celebration on Saturday, August 16. The Wednesday, August 20, edition of the Grant County Review features photos of the festivities from LaBolt's 125th Anniversary on Saturday, August 16. The activities included a car and tractor show with 51 entries, pie contest with 25 entries, a 3K run/walk with 170 participants, food and craft vendors, a petting zoo and a whole lot of visiting.
