NOTICE OF VACANCY

MUNICIPALITY OF WILMOT

The following offices will become vacant due to the expiration of the present term or due to the resignation of office of the elective officer:

Mayor – 2 year term

Alderman (Ward 1) - 1-year term

Alderman (Ward 2) - 1-year term

Alderman (Ward 3) - 1-year term

Circulation of nominating petitions may begin on Monday, February 2, 2026, and petitions may be filed in the office of the finance officer located at 725 Main Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., central time and not later than Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. central time.
