Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. Board Members Present: Travis, Rodney Others Present:
Minutes of November meeting read; no additions or corrections. Motion to accept November minutes by Rodney, 2nd by Travis.
Old Business:
Grant-Roberts Rural Water will be contacting all residents regarding easements. If any residents have questions or have not been in contact with Brent, you are welcome to contact him at the office. Town Hall rental is FREE WILL offering. Contact April or a Board member for rental. Rotten trees in the park tabled at this time.
No other old business.
New Business:
Generator maintenance completed by Travis. Generator starts and runs, battery needs replacement.
No other new business.
Bills: Otter Tail: $29.00, $189.86, 75.53; SD Dept of Health: $40.00; Whetstone Sanitation: $189.64; Chuck: $92.35; April: $323.22; All December bills to be paid, then reported at next meeting- Motion to pay bills by Travis; 2nd by Rodney.
Motion to adjourn by Travis with 2nd by Rodney Next meeting: Monday January 5th at 7:30 p.m.
