NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council in and for the City of Big Stone City, South Dakota, on the 2nd day of February 2026, at the hour of 5:30 p.m. at the city office building, will meet in regular session to consider a Special event application for an Alcoholic Beverage License (Malt Beverage and On-Sale Liquor) to operate within the municipality for the Fire Department on February 21, 2026. The following date is in case of inclement weather February 28, 2026. The following application has been presented to the City Finance Officer and filed in the City Office.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person, persons or their attorney may appear and be heard at said scheduled public hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of and such application.
