NOTICE OF HEARING UPON APPLICATION FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Board of County Commissioners in and for the County of Grant in the City of Milbank, South Dakota, on the 3rd day of February, 2026 at the hour of 9:30 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse where the Commissioner’s Meeting Room is located will meet in regular session to consider the following application for a Retail (on-sale) Liquor Beverage License to operate outside of a municipality for the remaining 2026 licensing period, which has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners and filed in the County Commission Assistant Office.
Applicant: Cherry’s Bittersweet Lodge for the retail on-sale Liquor License at: 15196 455th Ave., Summit, SD 57266 with a legal of: S 200’ of Gov’t Lot 4 in the SW1/4, 7-120-51, Grant County.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT any person, persons, or their Attorney may appear at said scheduled Public Hearing who are interested in the approval or rejection of any such application.
