Notice of Intent to Continue Operation Wilmot
Notice is hereby given that the SAND/GRAVEL mining operation being conducted by:
CITY OF WILMOT, 725 MAIN ST., PO BOX 40, WILMOT, SD 57279-0040 will continue its mining operation located at NE 1/4, NE 1/4 Section 6; T122N - R49W, Roberts County, SD.
The general location of the mining operation is 1/2 mile East on SD Hwy 15, then 1/4 mile South of Wilmot, SD.
The operation originally advertised to be complete by 04/15/26, will be extended to: April 15, 2027.
Proposed future use of the affected land will remain as originally advertised.
