The South Dakota State University (SDSU) Grant County extension is offering free classes for private applicator certification, or recertification. Classes are scheduled on Wednesdays, February 11, March 18, and April 15 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. They will be staged
Classes will be at the Grant County 4-H Complex located at 517 Flynn Drive in Milbank.
The classes will be approximately three hours long and pre-registration is preferred.
In South Dakota private pesticide applicator certification is required to use restricted-use pesticides. The certification lasts three years.
