Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. Board Members Present: Travis, Rodney Others Present:
Minutes of January meeting read; no additions or corrections. Motion to accept January minutes by Rodney, 2nd by Travis.
Old Business:
Town Hall rental is FREE WILL offering. Contact April or a Board member for rental.
No other old business.
New Business:
Grant-Roberts Rural Water project updates: The project will open for bids March 5th, 2026. **
PLEASE NOTE: IF you have not signed up for rural water, you MUST CONTACT GRRW by Monday, February 16, to obtain rural water through this project. Once construction is complete, the current well system will no longer be available for use by residents.
A BIG Thank You to Kelly Faeth, Hillside Fencing for the donation of his time and equipment for the removal of the trees in the City Park. Stumps will be ground and replacement trees will be planted in the spring.
A BIG Thank You to Abby Gilbertson, ACT Tax & Bookkeeping for her assistance with the annual tax filings again this year!
