NOTICE OF BIDS FOR HAY LAND
Sealed competitive bids of no less than $777/annually for the City of Wilmot hay land for a three-year lease (2026-2028) will be received by the City of Wilmot, Roberts County, at 725 Main Street, PO Box 40, Wilmot, South Dakota until 4 p.m., April 10, 2026. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud before bidders, and/or their representatives, at the regular April 13, 2026 council meeting. All bids must be accompanied by a check for the bid amount payable to the City of Wilmot. Checks for unsuccessful bids will be returned within five (5) business days. Mark the outside of envelope “Hay Bid.” The land has numerous gopher mounds and can be viewed by appointment with the City Public Works Maintenance Superintendent. The City Council reserves the right to reject any/all bids.
