Notice OF INTENT TO CONTINUE OPERATION
Notice is hereby given that the SAND/GRAVEL mining operation being conducted by:
MARK BATES DBA VALLEY CONTRACTING, INC., 15151 473RD AVE., TWIN BROOKS, SD 57269-5824 will continue its mining operation located at S1/2SE1/4 Section 4; T120N - R50W, Grant County, SD.
The general location of the mining operation is one mile north, two miles west of Twin Brooks.
The operation originally advertised to be completed by December 30, 2025, will be extended to: December 30, 2035.
Proposed future use of the affected land will remain as originally advertised.
