The Town of Twin Brooks held its monthly meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, with Wiseman, Borns and Larsen in attendance. Wiseman called the meeting to order.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
A motion was made by Wiseman and seconded by Borns to approve the Finance Report.
A motion was made by Larsen and seconded by Borns to approve Resolution 2026-1, Grant County Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan 2026-2031.
Wiseman made a recommendation to hire Sara Bohn as Finance Officer.
A motion was made by Larsen and seconded by Borns to offer Sara Bohn the Finance Officer’s position.
Sara Bohn accepted the position.
Flagpole Repair, Town Hall Upkeep, Roads, Culverts and Twin Brooks new sign were brought up for discussion.
Bills to be paid: Grant-Roberts Rural Water 88.00, Grant County Review 101.63, ITC 84.07, Schwandt Law 187.50, Otter Tail 345.88, Runnings 12.49, and Finance Officer Expenses 112.00.
The meeting was adjourned and seconded.
Next meeting is set for Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, at 7 p.m.
