Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m.

Minutes of August meeting read; no additions or corrections. Motion to accept August minutes by Rodney, 2nd by Travis.
Old Business:
Grant-Roberts Rural Water project complete.
Discussion regarding potholes – Will contact County regarding fill before winter.
No other old business.
New Business:
Insurance audit completed- fire extinguishers require servicing – April will complete.
Insurance company has requested additional updates to town park including peak rock under equipment, repairs to existing equipment and removal of some outdated equipment. Volunteers to assist with updates requested, please contact April or a Board member to volunteer.
Resignation by Travis Brus. Currently seeking a replacement Board member. Please contact April, Rodney or Matt for information.
Bills: Otter Tail: $30.05, $67.11, $211.02; Grant County Review: $14.04; Whetstone Sanitation: $189.64; SD DOH: $20.00; Bob Manderfeld: $20; April: $323.22; All September bills to be paid, then reported at next meeting- Motion to pay bills by Rodney; 2nd by Travis.
Motion to adjourn by Travis with 2nd by Rodney.
