THE MILBANK HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1979 gathered August 1-3 for a 40th class reunion. The 53 members who attended started the celebration Thursday, August 1, with a social gathering at the home of Cheryl and Neil Pauli.

The 2019-2020 school year is in full swing as area students returned to class last week. Enrollment numbers are trending upwards for the most part compared to last year.
Residents of Grant County, as well as travelers passing through the area, will soon be able to receive automated notification of weather alerts, public safety announcements and more. The new alert system, CodeRED, will be contracted with OnSolve, based in Florida.
