CITY OF MILBANK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on September 9, 2019, at 5:30 PM, in the City Offices to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance requested by Chris and Stacy Schmidt.
The request is for a variance of 17.24, General Residential District. If granted the variance would allow an oversized (26’x42’) attached garage be built within the required setbacks, the property is known as 311 W 6th Ave, West End Addition E 37 ½’ of 10 & W 25’ of Lot 11 Block 5, Milbank, SD, Zoned R-2, General Residential District.
All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing or may file written comments with the City Administrator, 1001 East 4th Ave, Milbank South Dakota, prior to said hearing.
