ORDINANCE 747 BY AMENDING SECTION 17.21.02 AND 17.21.04 OF THE MILBANK MUNICIPAL CODE
During the regular monthly meeting of the Milbank City Council on Monday, October 14, Jon Livermore, South Dakota community forester, presented information about the emerald ash borer.
The annual sewer main cleaning commenced in Milbank on Monday, September 23, with HydroKlean performing the service. Crews will be working north of Seventh Avenue to Railway Avenue, between and including South Main Street, east to Viola Street.
