LaBolt Town Council Proceedings
The LaBolt Town Council met Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the LaBolt Hall. Present were Jon Wold, Kenny Wold, John Wollenberg, and Tiffany Leonard.
The meeting was called to order at 8 p.m.
The minutes from the last meeting were read and approved. Financial report was given and approved.
The following bills were approved for payment from the general fund; Otter Tail Power (street lights) $268.38; Otter Tail Power (fire hall) $48.25; Otter Tail Power (sign) $8.41; Otter Tail Power (campsite) $101.00; Brookings Deuel Water $42.00; Northwestern Energy $12.00; QuickBooks $29.46; Grant County Review $30.54; Sioux Valley Co-op $79.24; Runnings $116.52; Larry Erp $272.00; and Border Lake Insurance $100.00.
We discussed the old business of the future of the four lots in LaBolt and the abandoned property.
We discussed the Tax Levy payable in 2027, the 2027 Town of LaBolt Budget, and updating the text message and email system for residents.
Jon made a motion, Kenny seconded, and Jon adjourned the meeting.
Next meeting will be Monday, October 5, 2026, at 7 p.m.
