NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on July 5, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., in the City Offices, 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use permit requested by Darin Wixon.

The request, if granted, would permit a commercial storage building and determine area regulations, Chapter 17.11.04 and 17-11-06. The property is identified as ORIGINAL TOWNSITE N 25' OF VACATED SHORT AVE ADJACENT TO LOT 11 BLOCK 53 and ORIGINAL TOWNSITE S 25' OF VACATED SHORT AVE; LOTS 1-3 & N 35' OF LOT 4 BLOCK 52, City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned B1, Limited Business District.
