NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 4:00 pm in the Grant County Courthouse to consider in full or in part the following Conditional Use Permit request by Tim Waldner representing Sunrise Hutterian Brethren of 15765 484th Ave, Revillo, SD 57259, on the following legally described property: NW1/4, Section 13 - T120 – R52 of the 5th P.M., (Lura Township) Grant County, South Dakota and the N1/2 SW1/4 , Section 13 - T120 – R52 of the 5th P.M., (Lura Township) Grant County, South Dakota.

• A Conditional Use Permit request, CUP05112021, Section 1101.03.08 Conditional Uses, Institutional Farms and others. The applicant is requesting a permit for a religious farming community (non-CAFO.)

All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing or may file written comments at or before noon on Friday, June 11th, 2021 with the Zoning Officer.
