NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on July 12, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance:

Application by William Wight Jr. for a variance of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Big Stone City for seasonal parking at the 1230 Travelers Ave that is outside the required 24 hour recreations vehicle parking ordinance. 

All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing or may file written comments with the City Finance Officer, 400 Washington Street, PO Box 246, Big Stone City, prior to said hearing.
