Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 18th, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse to consider a Drainage Permit. The request, if granted, would control erosion.

1. Permit DR2021-13 for Paul Nelson, 16033 473RD AVE, Strandburg, SD 57265, for property owned by Neiland Nelson Trust, 16033 473rd Ave, Strandburg SD 57265, located in the NE1/4 FRL Section 2, Township 118, Range 48, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. 2. Permit DR2021-13 for Paul Nelson, 16033 473RD AVE, Strandburg, SD 57265, for property owned by Neiland Nelson Trust, 16033 473rd Ave, Strandburg SD 57265, located in the SE1/4 EX LOT 1 OF NEILAND AND BONITA NELSON ADDITION, Section 35, Township 119, Range 48, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Grant County, South Dakota. All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Drainage Board at said hearing or may file written comments with the Planning & Zoning Officer, Acting as Drainage Administrator, 210 E 5th Ave, Milbank, SD 57252 prior to said hearing.
