CITY OF MILBANK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE
   Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on September 9, 2019, at 5:30 PM, in the City Offices to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance requested by George Siderewicz.
   The request is for a variance of Chapter 17.08.06, Single Family Residential District. If granted the variance would allow a deck be built within the required setbacks, the property is known as 306 N Dakota St, LOT 3 of OUTLOT 9, Milbank, SD, Zoned R-1, Single Family Residential District.
   All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing or may file written comments with the City Administrator, 1001 East 4th Ave, Milbank South Dakota, prior to said hearing.
