The annual Scout kick-off and registration night will be hosted by the Milbank Area Boy Scouts of America (BSA) on Thursday, August 29, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Pribyl Park near the concession stand. Many activities are planned and there is no cost to attend the event.
