Monday, August 12, was an emotional day for Steve Hilbrands as he turned over the keys to the Hardee’s fast-food restaurant in Milbank to the new manager, Jen Thiele.
Members of the Milbank City Council voted unanimously to approve the first reading of Ordinance 827, the proposed appropriations budget for 2020. The action came during the regular monthly meeting on Monday, August 12.
